Give every finisher a
digital certificate worth posting.
Upload your results. Everyone looks themselves up and downloads a digital certificate in your club’s colours — sized for a feed post or a story. Nothing to print, nothing to post, no chasing.
Built for the club that has a spreadsheet and no designer.

Three steps, then you are done
The whole point is that it ends. Set the event up once and finishers collect their own certificates for as long as the lookup is open.
Upload your list
A CSV from your timing provider or registration system. Laurel shows you which column it read as the surname and five rows exactly as they would import — before anything is saved.
Make it yours
Upload your logo and Laurel fills in the colours, the card and the type from it. Change anything you like next to a live preview. Four templates, light or dark.
Share one link
Finishers enter their surname and the email they registered with, then download their digital certificate. No account, no password, nothing for you to send individually.
Four digital templates. Your colours.
Every card below is a real render from the same engine your finishers download from — not a mockup. Upload a logo and the colours, card and type are chosen from it, so you start at a finished certificate rather than an empty colour picker.

Every certificate carries a QR code that verifies it is genuine — and keeps working long after the event closes.
Every certificate can be proved genuine
Anyone can scan the QR code on a certificate and see, on getlaurel.co, that it is real — who it was issued to, for which event, and for what. A screenshot someone edited will not verify.
- It never expiresThe proof is carried inside the certificate itself, not looked up in a database. It still verifies years later, long after the event has closed and the finisher list has been deleted.
- Nothing to maintainNo link to keep alive, no file to keep hosting. You set the event up and the certificates look after themselves.
- It survives being sharedSaved to a phone, posted, re-posted, sent on. The proof travels with the image.

The QR sits on every certificate, on every plan.
Why bother at all
They post it, which is the point
A certificate sized for a story is a certificate that gets shared. Your event reaches the people who did not enter, in the words of someone who did.
You find out who collected
Laurel tracks how many of your finishers actually took their certificate, so you know whether the link landed — not just that you sent it.
Their address is never stored
Emails are kept only as a one-way hash, used to match someone to their own entry and nothing else. Laurel cannot read them and neither can anyone else.
It closes itself
Set a date and the lookup shuts on its own. Certificates already downloaded keep verifying forever, because each one carries its own signed proof.
One price per event
Priced by how many finishers you have — nothing per person, no subscription, and every feature on every tier. Run one event a year and pay for one event a year.
Every tier includes everything
- All four templates, light or dark
- Your logo, your colours
- Post and story sizes
- CSV upload with column checking
- Verification QR on every certificate
- Claim-rate tracking
- English and Spanish
- Laurel emails your finishers
